Door Step Pickup
We offer communities doorstep collection of trash and recycling on different nights throughout the week. We also provide customized pickup days and times to fit your community’s specific needs.

Trash Preparation
Collection days, service times, and container types may vary by community.
We will coordinate with your community management team to confirm the collection schedule, service hours, and to address any missing waste containers.

All trash bags must be securely tied for collection—no loose items. Bags must be able to hold their contents without tearing or leaking during transport.

Ready for pickup
Place the container—with your securely tied trash bag inside—outside your front door during the two-hour window before your scheduled collection time.

Please check with your community management team to confirm the waste collection days and service hours specific to your community.
03.
You're Done!
Simply return the container back inside your apartment home by the time set by your community management the following morning.

instead of taking a trip to the dumpster!
